RM2201 3 way refrigeratorI have checked all the owners manual says to check and still can't get the temp below 40*. Could I have low ammonia and if so is it rechargeable?Our 2000 Allegro Bus is plugged into AC power, but we think we've been operating off of the battery power all week as the lights are dimming, etc...how do the converter is telling the bus to use the AC power and not operate off the batteries?We have a new BigHorn 3585RL with a new Dometic AC unit MFG#459516.701C0. We can turn on the unit with no problems but don't get any cold air. I have looked under the hood and the compressor is hot but the coils are not cold. Please Help!

Q: RM2201 3 way refrigeratorI have checked all the owners manual says to check and still can't get the temp below 40*. Could I have low ammonia and if so is it rechargeable?
A: If a refrigerator is not performing as it has been manufactured to, several things can be the cause. It is possible that the cooling unit has leaked and this would cause a unit to not cool. If a cooling unit leaks,you will see a bright yellow substance at the back of the refer. If it has dried, it will be a bright yellow powder type substance. Dometic does not re-charge cooling units nor do we recommend recharging them. Please keep in mind that without actually seeing the refrigerator, it is very hard for us to diagnose it. We recommend taking these to an authorized service center so it can be diagnosed properly.

A: With out actually seeing the product, it is very hard for us to determine the cause of failure. We recommend that you take it in to a service center for them for diagnosis & repair.
